These Terms of Service govern your use of BoardGambit, a skill-based board game platform where players compete in tournaments for cash prizes. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform
• Real-money tournaments are available to residents of Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida only
• Each user is permitted one account — duplicate accounts will be permanently terminated
• All tournament prizes are funded by BoardGambit, not pooled from player deposits
• BoardGambit reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activity
